When selling a property I present the property in several venues, three or four different print forms of advertising, at least three websites, property signs, a local MLS listing, and depending on the nature of your property, national specialized listings.
Faith has been shown in my knowledge of Real Estate as the Govenor has appointed me to the State of Oregon Real Estate Agnecy Board of Directors and the Realtors of Oregon elected me as the 2007 President of the Oregon Association of Realtors. In 2009, I have had the honor of receiving the Oregon State Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year 2009/2010. Through these positions I gain the understanding of Real Estate in Oregon.
